Step-by-Step Instructions

Follow these steps to connect with our support team for remote assistance.

Download the TeamViewerQS Program:

    After clicking the link, a file called TeamViewerQS.exe will begin downloading.
  2. 2
    Save the file to an easy-to-find location, such as your Desktop or Documents folder.
  3. 3
    If you aren't prompted where to save the file, it likely downloaded automatically to your Downloads folder.

Locate the Download:

    Most browsers show your download progress at the bottom of the window or in the upper-right corner.
  2. 2
    You can also press Ctrl + J on your keyboard to view your recent downloads and access the file quickly.

Run the Program:

    Double-click the TeamViewerQS file to open it.
  2. 2
    If prompted, accept any terms, conditions, or security warnings.

Send Over Generated Connection Info:

  1. 1
    Once TeamViewer launches, it will display a Partner ID and Password.
  2. 2
    Please email both the ID and Password to us at jon@pnwcomputers.com
